22HLAV has started its activities in 1995 in Ústí nad Labem. In 1998 the branch in Prague was opened. The firm has 3 partners, more than 20 employees and works closely with several expertnal experts. Our people work as an efficient team with clients in the whole region of the Czech Republic and according to the needs also abroad. During its 20 years of existence the firm has built a reputation of a prestigious middle size advisory firm, that responds flexibly to the need of its clients, takes the full responsibility and is not affraid to give clear and explicit answers and act. 22HLAV team also actively works with the Cyech professional bodies as the Chamber of auditors of the Czech Republic, the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic, Union of Accountants etc. and participates on the legilslative process in accounting and taxes.

22HLAV provides the clients with a wide range of services in economics, primarily in audit, accounting, tax and organization advisory, advisory related to mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions, advisory in an applied information technology. The clients are business corporations and cooperatives, non-governmental non-profit organizations, and budgetary and allowance organizations. 22HLAV team works with both individual investors, small businesses or small associations and worldwide corporations or the biggest Czech charities.

22HLAV s.r.o. company is licensed to provide audit services according to the law no. 93/2009 Coll. about auditors and is registered in the Chamber of auditors of the Czech Republic register. 22HLAV s.r.o. company is licensed to provide tax services and is registered in the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic register. 22HLAV is a member of MSI Global Alliance, the international alliance, that through more than 250 members (accounting or legal firms) provides services in more than 105 countries.
